It's rare for parents to have an in-depth conversation with a trained professional about their family's nutrition and goals. We make time for conferences with teachers about grades, but there's hardly time to discuss health goals and action plans at the pediatrician's office.
As a Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that will enable you and your family to achieve all of their health goals. I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you and your family.
